• Inspire and guide the team to achieve individual and team goals
• Drive business growth and meet sales targets by effectively leading the sales team
• Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives and financial advisors
• Explore opportunities for cross-selling and upselling insurance products
• Handle month-end and year-end sales closure activities
• Engage in fieldwork to maximize customer outreach and business potential

• At least 2+ years of experience in Any Field of- Sales & Marketing
