With rapid expansion across India and international markets, Goeld is redefining convenience with taste and trust. We are now looking for a Sales Officer – HoReCa Sales in Chennai to further strengthen our presence in the South Indian market.

Role Overview

The Sales Officer – HoReCa Sales will be responsible for managing and expanding HoReCa business in Chennai. The role requires strong frozen food industry experience with a proven network in the HoReCa segment, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, acquire, and grow HoReCa customers (hotels, restaurants, caterers, QSRs, and institutional clients) in Chennai.
  • Build long-term partnerships with chefs, purchase managers, and key decision-makers in the food service industry.
  • Conduct product presentations, tastings, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and product acceptance.
  • Drive sales through distributors and ensure smooth order execution and timely deliveries.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and emerging market trends to provide insights to management.
  • Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales reports, and forecasts.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related discipline.
  • 3–5 years of proven sales experience in the frozen food industry with a strong focus on HoReCa sales (mandatory).
  • Established client network in Chennai’s HoReCa market.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel across the region for business development and client servicing.
