Field Sales Officer

You will be joining Reliance JIO Infocomm Ltd for a full-time ONROLL position as a Direct Sales Executive for Jio optical fiber in Coimbatore. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire and onboard customers in the assigned territory, ensuring customer document collection, order collection, and obtaining building permissions. You will play a crucial role in driving customer engagement and enhancing their experience by informing them about the company's products, services, and offers. Managing inbound and outbound customer calls promptly, identifying customer needs, and providing relevant information will be essential aspects of your role. To excel in this position, you should have any sales experience or be a fresher with a minimum qualification of Diploma or Any Graduate. Possession of a two-wheeler, valid license/LLR, and a smartphone is mandatory. You should be interested in direct field sales and have a willingness to engage with customers effectively. The compensation for this role includes a salary of INR 18,000 per month along with incentives. Additionally, you will be eligible for benefits such as internet reimbursement and Provident Fund. The working hours are during the day shift, and the job type is full-time and permanent. To be successful in this role, you must be willing to relocate to Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, and reliably commute to the specified work location.
