Key Responsibilities: · Identify and visit potential clients in person across target industries. · Conduct field sales meetings and presentations to showcase compliance services and solutions (ISO standards, cybersecurity, audits, etc.). · Build relationships with decision-makers and influencers to understand their compliance needs. · Follow up on leads generated through marketing and cold outreach to drive new business. · Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets. · Collaborate with internal teams to prepare proposals and quotations. · Represent PRB Consulting at events, expos, or client visits to build brand visibility. · Provide accurate daily/weekly reporting of field activity using CRM tools. Qualification & Experience: · Graduate in any discipline. · 3–5 years of field sales experience, preferably in B2B, solution selling, or service-based industries. · Exposure to compliance, Banking or cybersecurity solutions will be a strong advantage. · Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a field-based role. · Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills. · Self-starter who is comfortable working independently and managing time efficiently.
