Field Sales Executive
Eastern Highland Company is a dynamic finance firm specializing in providing comprehensive loan and insurance solutions to individuals and businesses. We are committed to delivering personalized financial services that empower our clients to achieve their goals.
Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹25,000/month (plus incentives)
Location: Lower Oshiwara, Andheri West, Mumbai
Shift: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Off Day: Sunday fixed
Role:
- Promote and sell loan and insurance products through fieldwork and client visits.
- Achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships.
- Collect documents, ensure compliance, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Maintain sales records and report market insights.
Requirements:
- 12th Pass or Graduate (Finance/Commerce preferred).
- 1-3 years of field sales experience (freshers considered).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and target-driven mindset.
- Two-wheeler license and vehicle preferred.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
