Biitcode is urgently hiring Sales Executive – Agriculture & Genset Segment for our reputed client in the power solutions and equipment industry, located in Gujarat . Position: Field Sales Officer -Agri., Tractor & Genset Division Location: Ahmedabad / Gandhinagar / Vadodara – Gujarat Age: 25 to 40 years Gender: Male (preferred) Requisites: · Education: BA / B.Sc. / B.Com / B.Tech / B.Sc. in Agriculture (preferred) · Minimum 2 to 5 years of field sales experience (preferably in the agriculture/tractor/genset industry) · Strong understanding of the agriculture equipment or similar industry. · Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a customer-first attitude, leadership, and interpersonal skills. · Proficiency in regional languages (Gujarati/Hindi) is a plus. · Willingness to travel extensively within the region. Responsibilities: · Promote and sell agriculture equipment and portable gensets in the assigned territory. · Generate leads and convert prospects into customers through field visits and product demonstrations. · Build and maintain strong customer relationships. · Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. · Report market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to the management. · Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution and after-sales support.
