Identify, acquire, and onboard new SME customers for business loans through field visits and cold calling.
Build relationships with clients by understanding their financial needs and offering suitable loan products.
Ensure complete documentation and compliance as per internal and regulatory guidelines.
Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
Generate leads through market mapping, local references, and networking.
Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, collections) for smooth loan processing.
Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure high-quality service and repeat business.
Undergraduate or any graduate
Min 1 year of experience in field sales, preferably in financial services or NBFCs/Banks.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Sound understanding of SME financing and local market dynamics.
Ability to work independently and manage sales targets.
Experience in selling unsecured or secured business loans.
Familiarity with KYC norms and loan documentation.
Knowledge of local language(s) is a plus.
