Role Overview: As a Field Sales Manager B2B for Nexi in Wien, your main responsibility will be convincing business customers in Austria of the solutions and products offered by the company. You will be targeting small and medium-sized enterprises across various market segments, actively selling products on-site, and building strong customer relationships from scratch in a competitive market environment. Key Responsibilities: - Acquire small and medium-sized companies in all Austrian market segments - Actively sell products to business customers on-site (KMUs) - Persuade new customers of the company's solutions, services, and products - Identify individual customer needs and offer tailored solutions through needs analysis - Conduct sales conversations taking into account concerns of customers regarding costs and complexity - Achieve sales targets through acquiring new customers and expanding existing customer base Qualifications Required: - At least 3 years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably focusing on KMUs (e.g., insurance, telecommunications, financial services) - Experience in solution-oriented sales and market presence building - Native German speaker with excellent communication skills, technical understanding, and proficiency in various sales tools - Understanding of Austrian small business culture and regional differences Additional Company Details: You can expect a diverse and autonomous role in a dynamic environment with efficient decision-making processes.
