Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and confident Field Sales Manager who can visit client sites, understand their interior requirements, pitch our design & execution services, and convert leads into confirmed projects. The role involves meeting builders, developers, and site owners regularly and maintaining strong on-ground relationships. Visit builder sites, residential/commercial projects, and client locations daily. Explain our interior design solutions, services, and pricing to clients. Identify requirements and share suitable design proposals. Follow up with builders, contractors, architects, and clients for conversion. Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate developers. Generate new business opportunities from ongoing construction sites. Coordinate with the design team for proposals, BOQs, and quotations. Maintain daily reporting of visits, calls, leads, and closures. Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth. Represent the company professionally at all client meetings.
