We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The role involves promoting our brand and products in assigned areas, generating leads, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills in both English and Hindi, be proactive, and have a passion for sales and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and create awareness about company products in assigned regions.
• Identify potential customers and generate quality leads.
• Visit clients and prospects regularly to explain product offerings and build relationships.
• Collect feedback from the market and share insights with the team.
• Submit daily reports to the Team Lead regarding visits, leads, and conversions.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in field sales (Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply).
• Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Basic understanding of sales and customer engagement.
