Sales and Onboarding: Visiting retail shops, onboarding merchants onto the Paytm platform, and educating them on how to accept payments. Merchant Support: Addressing merchant queries, resolving issues, and ensuring smooth transactions. Sales Targets: Meeting and exceeding sales targets for various payment solutions, including QR codes, Soundboxes, and EDC/card swipe machines. Branding and Promotion: Implementing branding and re-branding initiatives at retail shops within their assigned territory. Market Feedback: Gathering feedback on existing offerings and competitor activity to inform product enhancements. Relationship Building: Establishing positive relationships with customers and understanding their needs.
