Job Description

Industry: Banking / NBFC / Financial Services Key Responsibilities:   1. Acquire new customers for Current Account and Savings Account (CASA) through field sales. 2. Cross-sell financial products like Credit Cards, Loans, and other banking solutions. 3. Drive direct sales campaigns to meet assigned targets 4. Ensure excellent customer service and build long-term customer relationships.   5. Conduct market mapping and customer profiling for better targeting.  6. Maintain compliance with banking guidelines and internal processes. Candidate Requirements: 1. * Minimum 1 year of experience in CASA Sales, Credit Card Sales, or Direct Sales in Banking/NBFC domain. 2. Good communication and interpersonal abilities. 3. Target-driven and self-motivated individual. 4. Basic understanding of banking operations and financial products.
