Location: Noida Job Type: Full-time Experience Level: 1–3 years (preferably in solar or renewable energy sector) Salary: [Insert Salary Range] + Incentives Reporting To: Sales Manager / Regional Sales Head Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Sales Executive with a strong background in solar energy solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing customer relationships, and closing sales for residential, commercial, and industrial solar power systems. This is a field-based role that requires frequent travel and on-site client interaction. Key Responsibilities: Identify and visit potential customers to promote solar energy solutions. Explain technical aspects and financial benefits of solar products to clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, installers, and partners. Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Provide post-sales support and coordinate with the technical team for installations. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge. Requirements: Minimum 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline; technical background is a plus. Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, net metering, and government policies/incentives. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
