Field Sales Executive - Bareilly

Role Overview: Rentokil PCI, the leading pest control service provider in India, formed in 2017 through a joint venture between Pest Control India and Rentokil, aims to set new standards for customer service with operations across 250 locations. Your responsibilities will include identifying, sourcing, and securing pest control & prevention business opportunities, developing new business within current and new customer bases, managing day-to-day sales activities, supporting the service team, developing client relationships, providing reports, and assisting with debt collection. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, source, and secure long-term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities. - Develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases. - Ensure customer expectations are met for client retention. - Manage day-to-day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, prospecting, and market development. - Support the service team by providing customer feedback. - Develop good client relationships. - Provide reports as per the requirement. - Assist with debt collection. Qualifications Required: - Graduate or MBA Fresher with good sales knowledge and communication skills. - Good interpersonal & networking skills. - Ability to communicate effectively. - Ability to negotiate with clients.
