Channel partner appointment & Business generation Screening potential distributors & Sub – dealers appointment in the list of selected towns Following a daily / weekly plan for market visit Communicate trade schemes to these retailers & enroll them in these offers for increasing business. Get all the painters enrolled in Pragati app. Generating a business of >10Lacs per month. Demand Generation: Retailer conversion with focused visits & demand generation activities – shop meets / kiosks / contractor meets, painter & sub dealer meet. Getting CCD machines installed as per the laid guidelines of the company. Focus on non-KNPL dealers. Communicate user offers to the Sub Dealers and ensure its success. Monitor progress at regular intervals. Enroll painters in Pragati program, closely monitor their sale & ensure non – users become users. Organize & conduct user meets at pre-selected retailers Ensure planogram at Sub Dealer counter. Identify areas with low penetration and ensure expansion. Reporting and Field Support on BTL activities: Provide competition market intelligence to reporting manager (TSO / TSE). Increase in shop visibility by putting up POS and always maintaining a prominent product display all time at retailers. Conduct product demos at dealer shops & meets. Execute marketing offers / program at these selected outlets.
