Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive – Accounting Services

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our accounting and financial services to businesses and individuals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field visits and networking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients (businesses, startups, SMEs, individuals) who require accounting, bookkeeping, GST, income tax, and related financial services.
• Conduct field visits, presentations, and meetings to understand client needs and offer suitable service packages.
• Maintain and expand the client database through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Follow up with prospective clients to close sales and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with the internal accounting team to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and feedback.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, seminars, or events to promote the firm’s services.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in financial or professional services.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts, taxation, and compliance (basic knowledge is acceptable).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
• Ability to work independently and travel extensively for client meetings.

Salary: 15000- 25000 + Incentives
