About Us:

Wagging Master Pvt. Ltd. is a growing pet care brand dedicated to offering high-quality pet products that promote health, happiness, and well-being for pets. We’re looking for a proactive and driven Field Sales Executive to help us expand our market presence in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and visit potential customers including pet shops, veterinary clinics, grooming salons, and distributors across Pune.
• Promote and sell a range of pet products (food, accessories, grooming products, supplements, etc.).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and partners.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on product benefits and usage.
• Meet monthly sales targets and generate regular reports.
• Monitor competitor activity and provide feedback to the marketing and product teams.
• Ensure timely delivery, payment follow-up, and post-sales service.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of field sales experience, preferably in pet industry or FMCG / pharma / veterinary products.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to travel extensively within Pune and nearby areas.
• Basic digital literacy (email, apps, reporting tools).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Passion for animals and prior experience in pet-related businesses is a big plus.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license (preferred for mobility).
