Bulk Hiring – E-Commerce Field Sales Executives 📍 Location: JP Nagar, Bangalore 🏢 Company: Established E-commerce Organization (5+ Years Old) 🕒 Shift: 8.5 hours Field Activity | 6 Days Working (Mon–Sat) 🍽️ Breakfast Provided | Travel Allowance (Bike Mandatory) About the Role We are hiring Field Sales Executives in bulk for a fast-growing E-Commerce company based out of JP Nagar, Bangalore. If you’re energetic, confident, and enjoy interacting with customers, this is a great opportunity to build your career in sales and business development. Key Responsibilities Work on qualified leads shared by the Pre-Sales Team Schedule and conduct product demos for customers Convert leads to orders through on-field interactions Maintain follow-ups and achieve daily/weekly targets Represent the brand professionally during customer visits Submit visit reports and maintain documentation Eligibility Criteria ✅ Experience: Freshers: ₹22,500 take-home Experienced (3–4 yrs): ₹37,000 take-home ✅ Education: Any graduate / 12th pass with strong communication skills ✅ Language Skills: Good English communication required ✅ Others: Must own a bike (travel allowance provided) Should be comfortable with field work Immediate Joiners preferred Perks & Benefits ✨ Direct Payroll with the Company ✨ Travel Allowance ✨ Breakfast Provided ✨ Attractive Incentives ✨ 6 Days Working (Mon–Sat) ✨Weekly off - 1 - Between -Monday to Thursday ✨ Office Location – JP Nagar
