The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and acquiring new clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. A good understanding of financial concepts, market trends, and business operations is essential. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities through field visits, and networking. Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients with a clear understanding of commercial and financial benefits. Develop and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Understand client requirements, prepare quotations/proposals, and negotiate terms to close deals effectively. Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
