Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify, pitch, and onboard new merchants (retailers, vendors, local businesses) to

the platform.

  • Educate merchants about the companys products and services, pricing, and benefits.
  • Conduct in-person field visits, demos, and merchant training sessions.
  • Ensure KYC compliance and collect required documentation for onboarding.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and onboarding targets.
  • Maintain and update merchant records in the CRM tool.
  • Provide after-sales support and coordinate with internal teams for merchant queries or

issue resolution.

  • Stay updated on competitor offerings and market trends in the assigned territory.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree with 2–4 years of experience in field sales, preferably in merchant

acquisition, digital payments, POS, or e-commerce.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel locally across Hyderabad.

• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and a quick learner.

• Knowledge of local geography and language (Telugu) is a plus.
