Role Overview

We are looking for ambitious, energetic, and self-motivated Field Sales Executives (Male) to join our Durgapur team. The role involves field visits, lead generation, client meetings, and promoting our IT solutions. Candidates should be willing to travel locally and engage directly with prospects.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit prospective clients to generate new business leads
• Present and promote company products and services
• Maintain and nurture strong client relationships through regular field visits
• Meet assigned sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Share market insights and client feedback with the internal team
• Take part in field campaigns and promotional activities
• Maintain daily sales activity logs and reports

Required Skills & Qualities

• Graduate or as per MAB
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, confident, and sales-driven
• Willing to travel within the region (field-intensive role)
• Strong sense of responsibility and professionalism
• Basic knowledge of IT services (preferred but not mandatory)

Eligibility

• Male candidates only
• Freshers with good communication and willingness to learn are welcome
• Experienced candidates (up to 1 year) in sales/marketing will be preferred
