Field Sales Executive

Luxavya Perfumes is looking for a dynamic Field Marketing Executive to drive offline brand visibility, retail engagement, and on-ground promotional activities across Kozhikode and Malappuram.

The role focuses on executing field campaigns, visiting retail outlets and high-footfall locations, organising micro-promotions and sampling activities, and building strong relationships with retail partners and customers to expand Luxavya’s local market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit retail stores, cosmetic shops, lifestyle stores, gift shops, and distributors

• Conduct perfume sampling, product demonstrations, and brand awareness activities

• Organise and support pop-up stalls, mall kiosks, exhibitions, and local promotions

• Engage directly with customers to explain fragrance profiles, longevity, and usage

• Build and maintain relationships with retailers and channel partners

• Distribute and manage marketing and branding materials

• Collect sales enquiries, retail leads, and market feedback

• Coordinate with the marketing manager and digital team for campaign execution

• Maintain daily activity reports and achieve assigned monthly targets

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with field-based work

• Willingness to travel within assigned locations

• Basic understanding of perfumes, FMCG, or retail sales (preferred)

• Ability to meet monthly performance targets

• Two-wheeler preferred
