Job Description

A Field Sales Executive is responsible for generating new leads, meeting with potential clients, and closing sales deals, primarily through in-person interactions and presentations. They focus on building relationships, understanding customer needs, and achieving sales targets within a designated territory. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Qualification:Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various methods like cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Client Meetings and Presentations:Meeting with clients, presenting products or services, and demonstrating their value to potential customers.
  • Sales Closure:Negotiating contracts, managing the sales process, and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and new clients to foster long-term business growth.
  • Territory Management:Managing a specific geographic area or set of accounts, ensuring effective coverage and sales performance within that territory.
  • Market Analysis:Monitoring competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Reporting and Documentation:Maintaining accurate sales records, preparing reports, and providing feedback to management on sales performance and market insights.
  • Product Knowledge:Developing a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
  • Customer Service:Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing their needs, resolving issues, and providing ongoing support.

  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and manage the sales cycle.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with clients.
  • Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Time Management and Organization: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently within a territory.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Product Knowledge: Thorough understanding of the company's products and services.
  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate contracts and agreements effectively.
  • Adaptability and Resilience: Ability to adapt to different situations, handle rejection, and persevere in the face of challenges.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using sales technology, CRM systems, and other relevant tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
