Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit potential and existing customers in the assigned area to promote and sell products/services.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through cold calling, field visits, and referrals.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide product demonstrations and explain features/benefits to clients.
• Negotiate prices and terms of sales agreements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM tools or reports.
• Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely deliveries and client satisfaction.
• Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events when required.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic understanding of sales performance metrics.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
