Job Description

SALARY STRUCTURE:

  • Fixed Salary: 20,000 30,000

 

  • Incentive: 500 per valid & verified onboarding (Weekly Payout Every Thursday)

 

  • Meeting Attendance Bonus: 500/month

 

 

NOTE: Only candidates committing to 100% field activity will be considered.

This is a 100% on-ground field job. No hybrid. No desk job.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Daily visits to villages & semi-urban areas

 

  • Onboarding homes/shops for LED frame installations

 

  • Collecting onboarding fee (5,999)

 

  • Installation coordination

 

  • Achieving weekly/monthly targets

 

 

Weekly Workflow (Mandatory):

  • MonThu: Field Visit + Lead Generation

 

  • Fri: Sales Closing Day (Target 510 Closings)

 

  • Sat: Weekly Offonly if targets achieved

  • Sun: Weekly Off for all
