Job Description

We are looking for young, energetic, dynamic and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive with 1+ year’s rich experience to join our team.

Job Description:

Candidate must have 1+ year’s experience and will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with clients, and closing sales deals to drive revenue growth.
Must have the ability to identify and connect with potential clients through various channels (calls, networking, referrals, online platforms).
Candidate must conduct property viewings, site visits, client meetings and provide detailed information about properties, pricing, and market trends.
Must have the ability to negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional campaigns.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.

· Showcase properties, negotiate deals, and close sales.

· Provide exceptional customer service and market expertise.

· Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals.

· Must have good negotiation skills.

Candidate should have good communication skills with positive attitude.
Should be target oriented and have the ability to handle various tasks.
Should have the ability to work in a team and individual.
Must be smart and dedicated in work.

Salary: 12,000 + travel allowance + incentives
