Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive (Field Sales) to join our growing team in Malappuram district. The BDE will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, visiting potential clients, promoting our hygiene solutions, and converting leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to identify and meet prospective clients (offices, institutions, commercial spaces, etc.)
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to clients.
• Generate leads through cold calling, field activities, networking, and referrals.
• Maintain a database of clients, leads, and follow-ups
• Prepare and submit quotations, and close deals in coordination.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to regional business growth.
• Provide after-sales support and coordinate with the service team when required
• Attend team meetings, training sessions, and reviews regularly

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Degree / Diploma in any discipline (Sales/Marketing background preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Malayalam and basic English
• Field sales or B2B sales experience is a plus
• Must be willing to travel extensively.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license is mandatory
• Positive attitude, self-driven, and goal-oriented
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
