Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team in the hospitality sector. The role involves building strong relationships with hotel partners, onboarding new properties, and achieving sales targets through field visits and active client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and onboard new hotels and accommodation partners.
• Visit potential clients (hotels/lodges/guesthouses) in assigned territory.
• Promote company services and explain business benefits to partners.
• Negotiate and close contracts with hotels.
• Ensure regular follow-ups and relationship management.
• Meet weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding.

Requirements:

• 6 months to 2 years of field sales experience (hospitality/travel preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage fieldwork.
• Two-wheeler and smartphone required.
• Willingness to travel locally.
