The successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with Gastro Surgeons, Onco Surgeons, and professionals in corporate hospitals, promoting and selling our innovative medical and surgical solutions. The role involves strategizing to achieve sales targets, expanding our client base, and ensuring timely reporting and feedback to the office. The ideal candidate should have experience in Pharma or Surgical Marketing, a graduation degree in any stream, and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compensation includes incentives based on target achievement. Job Description: Field Sales ExecutiveRoles and Responsibilities:Establish and maintain professional relationships with Gastro Surgeons, Onco Surgeons, and other key professionals in corporate hospitals. Promote and sell EcoMed’s innovative medical and surgical solutions to potential clients. Strategize and implement sales plans to achieve set sales targets and expand the client base. Provide timely reporting and feedback to the office regarding sales activities and client interactions. Stay updated with the latest medical advancements and surgical solutions to effectively promote EcoMed’s products. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales strategies. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Requirements:1-2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in Pharma or Surgical Marketing. Graduation in any stream. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with professionals. Compensation:Competitive salary with incentives based on target achievement.
