We’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales & Support Executive to join our expanding team in Chennai. Key Responsibilities: Promote MG WEB’s services, including Website Development, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, and Printing, to potential clients. Engage in client meetings and follow-ups across Chennai and nearby suburbs. Provide timely support and assistance to existing customers. Prepare and present service proposals, quotations, and product demos. Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, and printing) to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and client communications. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Customer Support preferred. (Freshers with a strong interest and passion are welcome to apply.) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to travel locally; must own a 2-wheeler with a valid driving license. Knowledge of website development, digital marketing, or printing services is an added advantage. Proficient in basic computer applications, email handling, and familiarity with CRM tools.
