Field Sales Executive - Coimbatore

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years experience in field sales (manufacturing/industrial sector

experience mandatory).

• Exposure to digital marketing tools & platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO,

email campaigns).

• Fluency in Hindi, Tamil, and English (spoken and written).

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Junior Field Sales Executive with experience in manufacturing

industries and a strong sales background. The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree,

3+ years of sales experience, and fluency in Hindi, Tamil, and English. This role involves

driving sales growth, building strong client relationships, supporting digital marketing campaigns

to promote our industrial AI safety solutions across diverse manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, engage, and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing and

industrial clients.

• Conduct product presentations, demos, and discussions with key stakeholders and

decision-makers.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer

satisfaction.

• Understand client pain points and position AI-driven safety solutions effectively.
• Collaborate with technical and product teams to customize solutions as per client

requirements.

• Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Provide regular market feedback and competitor insights to management.
• Travel across assigned territories to meet clients and drive business growth.
• Assist in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns (email, social media, and

paid ads).

• Manage company presence on LinkedIn, industry forums, and digital platforms to

generate leads.

• Support content creation for sales decks, case studies, product brochures, and online

promotions.
