Job Description

Position Title: Area Sales Officer (ASO) – Field Sales Location: Mumbai & Pune Industry: Cement / Glass / Furniture / Paint / Similar industries (No BFSI, FMCG, NBFC) Salary Range: ₹19,000 – ₹24,000 per month + Incentives + Yearly Bonus Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: Minimum 1 - 2 years in field sales (same or similar industry preferred) Job Responsibilities: Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers in assigned territory. Generate sales leads Conduct regular market visits to monitor stock, competitor activities, and ensure brand visibility. Negotiate with clients for pricing and payment terms as per company policy. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports to management. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery follow-up. Participate in promotional activities, trade shows, and exhibitions when required. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1 - 2 years of field sales experience in cement, glass, furniture, paint, or related industries. Must have valid two-wheeler driving license and own bike. Comfortable with extensive travel within assigned territory. Good communication and negotiation skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.
