Field Sales Executive

About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and self-driven Field Sales Executive with experience or interest in commercial or corporate leasing. The candidate will be responsible for identifying leasing opportunities, meeting clients on-site, and supporting end-to-end deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and reach out to potential clients looking for office/commercial spaces
• Conduct field visits and site inspections with prospective tenants
• Generate leads through field activity, cold calling, and local networking
• Maintain and update client database and property listings
• Understand client requirements and offer suitable leasing options
• Follow up with clients to convert leads into successful deals
• Coordinate with property owners, landlords, and brokers

Requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (Real Estate/Marketing background preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in sales (leasing/real estate preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel locally and conduct on-ground sales activity
• Good knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and a team player
