Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for lead generation and client acquisition by identifying and approaching potential clients for IT services, software solutions, and digital products. Additionally, you will conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase IT solutions, develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities through market research, handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and negotiate contracts to close deals, and coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and approach potential clients for IT services, software solutions, and digital products. - Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and demos to showcase IT solutions. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. - Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets. - Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities through market research. - Handle inquiries, follow up on leads, and negotiate contracts to close deals. - Coordinate with internal teams for seamless service delivery. Qualifications Required: - Education: Any Graduate (BBA, B.Tech, B.Sc IT, BE Electronic and Telecommunication, MBA preferred but not mandatory). - Experience: Fresher or up to 1 year in sales/marketing (IT industry preferred). - Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English & local language. - Presentation Skills: Ability to pitch IT products and services effectively. - Negotiation Skills: Confident in handling client objections and closing deals. - Self-Motivated & Target-Driven: Willingness to work in a high-performance sales environment. - Willing to Travel: This is a field sales role, requiring frequent travel to meet clients. - Skillset: Good Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills, Presentation Skills, Relationship building. - Must Needed: Requires a two-wheeler and a valid driver's licence.,
