Job Description

Brad Realty-Real Estate company

Identify and source rental properties (apartments, villas, commercial spaces) through field visits, networking, and real estate channels.
Visit potential client locations daily to build relationships with landlords and property managers.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable rental options.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits for clients.
Negotiate rental terms between landlords and tenants.
Ensure excellent customer service throughout the rental process.
Achieve monthly targets for new listings and closed deals.

Requirements:

Proven experience in field sales, preferably in real estate or rental services.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong local area knowledge and willingness to travel extensively within the city.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
Basic computer and mobile app usage skills (CRM, WhatsApp, Excel, etc.)

Salary & Benefits:

Fixed Salary: [Insert range] per month
