Job Description

Identify and develop new business opportunities in assigned territories. Visit retailers, wholesalers, and distributors to promote and sell FMCG products. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Ensure proper product visibility, placement, and branding in the market. Manage and grow existing client relationships to ensure repeat business. Prepare and deliver presentations and product demonstrations to clients. Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence to the team. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer information, and feedback. Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and stock availability. Attend trade exhibitions, events, and meetings as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales or a similar role. Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
