The role involves building strong relationships with shopkeepers, presenting our products, identifying their needs, offering trials, and supporting them until they become regular customers. Key Responsibilities Identify potential retail areas and shortlist nearby local markets, rural towns, and villages. Find new retailers and tea sellers who are not yet approached. Understand retailer’s problems with their current tea products. Ask about customer demand, preferred tea grades, packaging, and price range. Inquire about their current FMCG suppliers and business terms. Check if they are open to trying a new supplier and interested in better quality, service, or margins. Observe and note which brands are selling well in the market and why. Gather information about competitor prices, displays, and offers. Report any urgent issues or red flags immediately. Who Can Apply? Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in FMCG, tea, or related products. Should be willing to travel daily to markets within 80–100 km of Partapur. Good communication and convincing skills. Ability to build relationships and understand customer needs. Basic knowledge of using WhatsApp and maintaining simple records.
