Salary:

• Experienced (2–3 years): ₹25,000/month

• Fresher: ₹18,000/month

Additional Benefits:

• PF: ₹1,800 (deduction) + ₹1,800 (employer contribution)

• Food Allowance: ₹75/day

Field Sales Engineers

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales in the Chennai market with a strong understanding of local customer base.
2. Achieve and manage a minimum annual sales target of ₹50 Lakhs+.
3. Conduct extensive field visits to meet industrial customers.
4. Manage the complete sales cycle – enquiry generation, negotiations, order finalization, execution, and payment collection.
5. Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

• Experience: 2–3 years in field sales within Chennai (preferred).
• Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to travel are welcome.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer handling skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai.
