Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through on-ground field visits, cold calling, and networking.
  • Promote and present the company's products or services to prospective clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and deliver presentations.
  • Assist in closing sales deals to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Collect feedback and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in [language(s)].
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident in engaging with clients face-to-face.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques and tools.
  • Ability to understand client challenges and propose appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and achieving goals.
  • Availability to travel locally for field visits.
  • A valid drivers license and access to a personal vehicle is preferred.
  • Basic proficiency in using MS Office tools
  • Freshers or candidates with prior internship experience in sales are welcome.
