As a motivated and results-driven Field BD & Software Sales Representative at Sterve, your role involves prospecting, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities through cold visits, emails, and social media leads follow-up. Your primary focus will be on building a robust sales pipeline, conducting client visits, and successfully closing deals. Key Responsibilities: - Generate and pursue leads through cold visits, emails, and social media engagement. - Build and manage a strong sales pipeline to meet revenue targets. - Conduct in-person client meetings to present software solutions and negotiate deals. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding of new clients. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM.
