About the Role

We are looking for a driven and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience, excellent relationship-building skills, and either strong knowledge or a strong willingness to develop knowledge of clients in the boys’ apparel/textiles segment.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development initiatives in the Mumbai market, focusing on the boys’ apparel/textiles segment.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and identifying new opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with product and service offerings.
• Conduct regular market research to track trends, competitors, and client needs.
• Travel to Surat once a month for coordination with production and sourcing teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in sales/business development (textiles, apparel, or fashion preferred).
• Based in Mumbai (mandatory).
• Open to traveling to Surat once a month.
• Should already have, or be willing to quickly develop, deep knowledge of key clients in Mumbai’s boys’ apparel/textiles segment.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
