Job Description

Job Title

  • Identify and visit potential customers, retailers, distributors, or corporate clients in the assigned area.
  • Present and demonstrate company products .
  • Generate leads, convert prospects into orders, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing customers; handle queries, complaints, and after-sales support.
  • Collect market feedback on competitors, pricing, trends, and customer needs.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, or promotional events to represent the brand.
  • Submit regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, customer feedback, and territory coverage.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per company policy.
  • Coordinate with the office team for order processing, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
  • Uphold company image and follow standard operating procedures for sales and customer service.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum qualification:

    12th pass / Graduate

    (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field).
  • 13 years experience in field sales, preferably in design, lifestyle, jewellery, fashion, or home dcor segments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain product features & benefits.
  • Target-driven, energetic, and able to work independently.
  • Good organizational skills to plan daily routes and meetings.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / mobile apps for reporting and CRM.
  • Two-wheeler with valid driving license (if required for the territory).
