Job Title Field Sales Agent Company RAA Designs LLP Job Purpose To generate sales and build strong client relationships by promoting RAA Designs LLPs products/services in assigned territories, ensuring revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Identify and visit potential customers, retailers, distributors, or corporate clients in the assigned area. Present and demonstrate company products . Generate leads, convert prospects into orders, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets. Maintain good relationships with existing customers; handle queries, complaints, and after-sales support. Collect market feedback on competitors, pricing, trends, and customer needs. Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, or promotional events to represent the brand. Submit regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, customer feedback, and territory coverage. Ensure timely collection of payments from customers as per company policy. Coordinate with the office team for order processing, stock availability, and delivery schedules. Uphold company image and follow standard operating procedures for sales and customer service. Qualifications & Skills Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred in Business, Marketing, or related field). 13 years experience in field sales, preferably in design, lifestyle, jewellery, fashion, or home dcor segments. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong presentation skills with the ability to explain product features & benefits. Target-driven, energetic, and able to work independently. Good organizational skills to plan daily routes and meetings. Basic knowledge of MS Office / mobile apps for reporting and CRM. Two-wheeler with valid driving license (if required for the territory). Personal Attributes Self-motivated and confident. Pleasant personality and customer-centric attitude.
