As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for the following: - Exceeding branch level targets such as NB, renewal, STP, digitisation, and product mix by implementing effective strategies. - Interacting with branch teams and customers to explain the products and promote the brand effectively. - Providing sales and support to all assigned branches by completing documentation accurately and efficiently. - Driving local contests and engagements to keep the teams motivated and engaged. - Keeping track of all contests and initiatives launched to ensure maximum participation and success. - Maintaining a good relationship with the Branch Manager by regularly interacting with them to assess business status and seek assistance in pushing and motivating teams for productivity. - Managing the relationship between the internal team and channel partners to foster sales and maintain high levels of responsiveness to partner requirements. - Aiding branches in adopting new processes and technology to enhance operational efficiency. - Ensuring that sales targets assigned are met on every parameter to achieve overall business objectives. - Assisting Branch teams in meeting their insurance targets by providing sales support, appropriate training, product updates, and relevant sales information. - Aligning with partners to ensure both teams are working collaboratively towards the same goal.
