About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and reliable Field Purchaser to manage on-site procurement activities, vendor coordination, and material availability for smooth project operations. The ideal candidate has strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to handle field-based purchasing under deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit suppliers, local markets, and vendors to source required materials.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery timelines to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Coordinate with the project/site team to understand daily material requirements.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to project sites.
• Maintain proper documentation of purchase orders, invoices, quotations, and delivery notes.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local vendors.
• Identify new suppliers to improve cost, quality, and service.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the procurement/operations team.
• Ensure all purchases meet company quality standards and specifications.
• Prepare daily/weekly purchase reports.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate or Diploma in any field (preferred: Supply Chain, Business, or related).
• 1–4 years of experience in field purchasing or procurement (construction/manufacturing/agriculture preferred).
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in the field.
• Knowledge of local markets and vendor networks.
• Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp, Email).
• Two-wheeler with valid driving license (must).

• Salary: Up to 20,000 Rupees Monthly
