Field Operator

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Field Operator to join our team in Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the manufacturing or production industry, preferably in a similar role.

• Monitor and control parameters in operations to ensure quality standards are met.
• Achieve daily and monthly production targets without compromising on quality.
• Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the production plant.
• Coordinate with housekeepers to maintain good housekeeping and cleanliness.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals.

• Diploma in a relevant field.
• Possess strong knowledge of chemical analysis and ITI training.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with plant and field operations is required.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential.
