Field Officer - Security Services

Job Responsibilities:

• Field Operations Management:
• Supervise and oversee the daily activities of the security personnel at client sites.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with security protocols and client requirements.
• Train, guide, and manage security staff to maintain high standards of service.
• Address and resolve any on-ground issues, ensuring smooth operations across all assigned sites.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction with security services.
• Marketing and Business Development:
• Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients in need of security services.
• Promote and market our security solutions to corporate, commercial, and residential clients.
• Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase the company's offerings.
• Work closely with the business development team to achieve sales targets.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on security service trends and competitors.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience in the security services industry, particularly in field operations.
• Marketing and business development experience is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
• Proficiency in MS Office and other basic computer applications.
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in security management are an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Security Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
