Field Officer

Key Responsibilities (General)

1. Implementation & Operations

• Execute daily field activities according to the project plan or operational schedule.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and local stakeholders (community leaders, clients, farmers, or beneficiaries).
• Logistical planning for field visits, ensuring resources and materials are available on-site.

2. Data Collection & Reporting

• Conduct surveys, interviews, and site inspections to gather accurate data.
• Submit detailed weekly/monthly reports regarding field activities, challenges faced, and progress made.
• Maintain accurate records of beneficiaries, clients, or inventory using digital tools (e.g., tablets, mobile apps) or physical logs.

3. Relationship Building

• Mobilize community members or clients to participate in meetings, training sessions, or program activities.
• Resolve conflicts or complaints on the ground in a professional and culturally sensitive manner.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• A valid Driver’s License (often required for motorcycles or 4x4 vehicles).

Experience:

• Minimum [1-3] years of experience working in a field-based role.
• Experience working in rural or remote areas is highly desirable.
• Fluency in [Local Language] is mandatory; proficiency in English is preferred.

Skills:

• Communication: Ability to speak confidently to large groups and listen actively to individuals.
• Resilience: Willingness to travel long distances, often on poor roads, and work in challenging weather conditions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹364,367.26 - ₹470,311.78 per year
