Field Mobilizer

The Community Mobilizer is responsible for mobilizing and motivating youth, women, and marginalized communities to participate in skill development programs. The role involves community outreach, awareness creation, counseling, and ensuring adequate enrollment of eligible candidates in training initiatives under government or private skill development schemes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct field visits to School, Colleges, Villages, Communities to identify and motivate potential candidates. 2. Build strong relationships with community leaders, panchayats, NGOs, schools, SHGs, and other stakeholders. 3. Organize awareness campaigns, roadshows, and mobilization drives to promote skill development programs. 4. Counsel candidates and parents about available courses, career prospects, and placement opportunities. 5. Ensure proper screening and eligibility checks of trainees before enrollment. Key Skills & Competencies: 1. Strong public-speaking skills. 2. Good interpersonal skills and community 3. networking ability. 4. Ability to work in field and travel extensively.
