Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 (depending on experience) + Petrol/Conveyance Allowance + Incentives

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Field Marketing Executive to drive showroom footfall, enhance brand visibility, and support sales growth across our jewellery showrooms in Noida (Sector 18 & Sector 50) and Delhi Omaxe Mall. The role involves field marketing activities, customer engagement, and active participation in promotional campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, a persuasive personality, and the ability to convert potential customers into showroom visitors and buyers.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate walk-ins by engaging potential customers in nearby catchment areas, markets, and residential zones.
• Promote the brand by attracting customers from other jewellery stores and encouraging them to explore our collection.
• Execute field marketing initiatives such as canopy activities, tie-ups, events, and on-ground promotions.
• Assist in showroom-level marketing activities, festive campaigns, and promotional drives.
• Greet and attend customers during showroom events, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
• Communicate product features, collections, and offers effectively to customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into sales and achieve showroom targets.
• Stay updated on jewellery products, brand positioning, and competitor market activities.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, etiquette, and customer service at all times.

Key Skills & Requirements

• 6 Months to 2 years of experience in field marketing, direct sales, or customer engagement (jewellery/retail preferred).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Target-driven, confident, and energetic personality.
• Ability to engage with customers and resolve queries politely.
• Well-groomed and customer-service oriented.
• Flexibility to work on weekends, festivals, and during showroom events.
• Freshers with strong communication skills and passion for marketing are welcome.
